You can rent a car with your original driving license if it is written in Latin letters, or with an International Driving Permit (IDP). 
However, for police inspections in Montenegro, an International Driving Permit is required, so we strongly recommend having one with you at all times.
A personal tour includes a private car and a professional driver who takes you to the places you choose or helps create a route based on your interests and preferences.
The price includes all driver-related expenses: passenger insurance, fuel, parking (except in Kotor), and toll roads.  The price does not include attractions, entrance tickets to national parks, or meals.
If you wish to visit Kotor Old Town, an additional fee applies to cover the Kotor city tax and parking in the area.
Absolutely. All tours are partly customizable. We can add attractions, restaurants, or adventure activities.
We also offer Multi-Day Tours, where our driver stays with you throughout your trip. You can enjoy a full circle route from the south to the north of Montenegro, including overnight stays in the northern region.
This option allows unique experiences such as traveling along the P14 road between Žabljak and Piva Lake — a stunning mountain route where you can do activities like horse riding or hiking on the Sedlo Pass. The P14 route is also available when starting from Podgorica.
The best time to visit Montenegro is from May to October, when the weather is warm and perfect for exploring the country. If you want to swim in the sea, the ideal months are June to September, with the warmest water in July and August.
For those who love nature, September and October are great for seeing Montenegro’s beautiful autumn colors with fewer crowds.
Winter is less popular for general travel because it’s often rainy and windy on the coast.  However, winter is the best season for skiing and snow activities in Kolašin and Žabljak, where you can enjoy mountain resorts, cabins, and snowy landscapes.
