Car Rental Agreement - Ugovor o Najmu Vozila

General Terms The supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at any time if the renter does not meet the rental requirements. Please ensure that the driver's credit or debit card has sufficient available funds. All drivers must present a valid driving license and passport. Any additional drivers must meet the same license requirements as the main driver. The vehicle must be returned to the pre-arranged rental station by the end of the rental period and in the same condition as it was at the time of rental, excluding normal wear and tear. Missing fuel, equipment, or vehicle parts may result in additional charges. If roadside assistance is required due to driver negligence (e.g., lost keys or running out of fuel), the renter may be charged additional fee. Your reservation will be considered a no-show if you fail to arrive on time at the agreed rental point without prior notice. Local tolls and highway fees are the responsibility of the driver and must be paid on the spot.
 

Smoking Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, IQOS, hookahs, and other smoking devices) is strictly prohibited in the rental vehicle. A fine of €100 will be charged for any violation.

Number of Drivers The maximum number of drivers allowed under one contract is 2. If more than two people intend to drive the vehicle, an additional contract must be issued for the same vehicle and rental dates. Additional fee: €50.

Animal Rules The transportation of animals must be agreed upon in advance with the rental company.

Security Deposit A security deposit is required when collecting the vehicle. It will be deducted from your credit or debit card, or paid in cash, depending on the selected insurance package and rental terms.

Restricted Roads / Areas of Use Off-road driving is prohibited. Driving on poorly paved or unpaved roads that could cause damage to the vehicle is not allowed. In such cases, insurance coverage does not apply, and the driver is fully responsible for all damages.

Optional Items / Extras Special equipment and optional extras may be requested at the time of booking or at pick-up, but are subject to availability and may change without notice. One child seat is available free of charge upon request. Additional seats are charged at €10 per day each.

Fines The renter is responsible for all fines incurred during the rental period, including those for speeding, illegal parking, or toll violations.

Age Rules The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 24 years. The maximum age is 75 years. 

Mileage Policy Rates include unlimited mileage. To maintain service quality, a fair usage policy applies to all unlimited mileage rentals. The supplier reserves the right to take appropriate action or apply penalties if usage is deemed excessive or abusive.

Fuel policy Like-for-Like Policy: The vehicle will be supplied with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level. If not, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refuelling fee of €30, at a rate of €2.30 per liter.

Excessive Dirt If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, either inside or outside, special cleaning fees may apply. The exterior car wash fee is €15. The interior cleaning fee is €100, which applies if the interior is heavily soiled, stained, has salt residue, or smells of tobacco.

Amendments to Bookings If you expect delays, you must notify the office before your scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be given for early returns, reducing the number of rental days, or downgrading the vehicle category.


 

Border Crossing Violations Leaving the country without prior written permission from the company is prohibited. The permission fee is €60. Violating this rule results in a penalty of €600.

Driver’s License Rules All drivers must hold a valid license from their country of residence. Licenses in non-Latin alphabets (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic) must be accompanied by an international driving permit or official translation. The license must be valid for the entire rental period and held for at least 4 years. Additional proof of identity and address may be required—please refer to the full terms for acceptable documents.

Late Return If the vehicle is returned more than 60 minutes past the
agreed return time, a full-day rental fee.

Deposit Conditions By signing this contract, you agree that the deposit may remain held for up to 30 days after the drop-off date, and you will not file a complaint regarding this period.
In Case of an Accident By signing this contract, you agree that in the event of any accident—whether caused by you, another party, or a third party—you are required to call the head office first and refrain from taking any independent action without instructions.

POLICE REPORT - MANDATORY By signing this contract, you acknowledge that in the event of any damage to the vehicle—caused by you or by a third party—you are required to submit a police report.

Assurance Policy  Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) covers damage exceeding the deductible amount. It does not include coverage for tires, glass, or the underside of the vehicle. Damages caused by the renter, as well as those where the responsible party cannot be identified, must be covered by the renter through the deductible before returning the vehicle. The minimum deductible is €200, while the maximum amount depends on the vehicle class.

Opšti uslovi Davalac usluge zadržava pravo da odbije ili otkaže rezervaciju ako korisnik ne ispunjava uslove zakupa. Vozač mora imati kreditnu ili debitnu karticu sa dovoljnim sredstvima. Svi vozači moraju imati važeću vozačku dozvolu i pasoš. Dodatni vozači moraju ispuniti iste uslove; prvi vozač je uključen u cijenu, dok se ostali dodatno naplaćuju. Vozilo se mora vratiti na dogovorenu lokaciju do kraja zakupa, u istom stanju kao pri preuzimanju (osim normalnog habanja). Nedostatak goriva, opreme ili dijelova može izazvati dodatne troškove. Ako je potrebna pomoć na putu zbog nemara vozača (npr. izgubljeni ključevi, nestanak goriva), može se naplatiti dodatna naknada. Nepojavljivanje bez prethodne najave može rezultirati naplatom. Putarine i druge takse snosi vozač.
 

Pušenje Pušenje bilo koje vrste (uključujući e-cigarete, IQOS i nargile) zabranjeno je u vozilu. Kazna za kršenje: €100. 
 

Broj vozača Dozvoljena su najviše 2 vozača po ugovoru. Za više od 2 osobe potreban je dodatni ugovor. Naknada: €50. 
 

Prevoz životinja Dozvoljen samo uz prethodnu saglasnost.
 

Sigurnosni depozit Obavezan prilikom preuzimanja vozila. Plaća se karticom ili gotovinom, u skladu s uslovima osiguranja. 
 

Zabranjene rute Vožnja van puteva i po lošim putevima nije dozvoljena. U takvim slučajevima osiguranje ne važi i korisnik snosi punu odgovornost. 
 

Dodatna oprema Može se zatražiti pri rezervaciji ili preuzimanju, zavisi od dostupnosti i može se promijeniti bez najave. Jedno dječije sjedište je dostupno besplatno. Svako dodatno sjedište se naplaćuje €10 po danu. 
 

Kazne Korisnik snosi sve saobraćajne kazne. 
 

Starosna ograničenja Minimalna starost je 21 godina, maksimalna 75 godina. 
 

Politika kilometraže Neograničena kilometraža uz primjenu politike fer korišćenja. U slučaju pretjerane upotrebe moguće su sankcije.
 

Politika goriva Vozilo se preuzima i vraća sa istim nivoom goriva. Ako se nivo ne podudara, naplaćuje se €2,30/l + € 30 naknade.
 

Prekomjerna prljavština Za vozilo vraćeno jako prljavo: vanjsko pranj €15, unutrašnje čišćenje €100. 
 

Izmjene rezervacije Kašnjenje treba najaviti. Nema povrata novca za raniji povrat, smanjenje dana najma ili kategorije vozila. 
 

Prelazak granice Zabranjen bez pisane saglasnosti. Dozvola: €60, kazna za kršenje: €600. 
 

Vozačke dozvole Potrebna je važeća dozvola iz zemlje prebivališta, starija od 2 godine. Dozvole koje nisu na latinici moraju imati međunarodni prevod. Može biti potreban dodatni dokaz identiteta i adrese. 
 

Kašnjenje pri vraćanju Vraćanje vozila sa kašnjenjem preko 60 minuta naplaćuje se kao cijeli dan. 
 

Depozit Može biti zadržan do 30 dana nakon vraćanja. Potpisivanjem ugovora pristajete na taj rok. 
 

U slučaju nesreće U slučaju nesreće, korisnik je dužan odmah kontaktirati kancelariju i ne preduzimati radnje bez uputstva. 
 

Policijski izvještaj – obavezno U slučaju bilo kakve štete na vozilu, korisnik mora dostaviti policijski zapisnik. 
 

Polisa osiguranja Oslobađanje od odgovornosti za štetu pri sudaru (CDW) pokriva štetu koja prelazi iznos učešća. Ne obuhvata pokriće za gume, stakla niti donji dio vozila. Štete koje je prouzrokovao korisnik vozila, kao i one u kojima odgovorno lice nije identifikovano, korisnik je dužan da nadoknadi kroz učešće prije vraćanja vozila. Minimalno učešće iznosi 200 eura, dok maksimalni iznos zavisi od klase vozila.
